Description of the role:
The Service Dispatcher at Fury Motors plays a crucial role in coordinating service requests,billing warranty RO's, assigning tasks to technicians, coordinating we-owe's, and ensuring timely completion of work orders.

Receive and prioritize service requests Allocate tasks to technicians based on availability and expertise Communicate job details, timelines, and any updates to customers Update service records and maintain accurate logs Bill Warranty RO's for Warranty Admin Coordinate We-Owe's with outside vendors & internal departments. Responsible for production & throughput of the Service Technicians Requirements:
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Familiarity with service dispatch software is a plus High school diploma or equivalent
