Are you a sales pro who thrives on the phone and knows how to crush a script and think on your feet? Our client is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who’s hungry, driven, and ready to dominate in a high-volume, high-impact SaaS environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- All phone, all day – your comfort zone is dialing, connecting, and qualifying.
- Inbound Leads: Work leads coming into the CRM.
- Call and qualify them to set demos for the sales team.
- No inbound? No problem. You’ll have a call list ready for cold calling .
- Follow and crush the sales script – but bring the smarts to pivot when needed.
- Goal-oriented: Drive toward 80 demos/month – and celebrate when you crush it.
Who You Are:
- Previous experience in SaaS sales or SDR roles preferred.
- Heavy phone sales experience – you’re not shy about dialing and love the hustle.
- Comfortable with CRM systems – organized and efficient.
- Quick thinker – you know when to follow the playbook and when to improvise.
- Highly motivated, coachable, and competitive – you want to win.
