Job Overview The Logistics Lead oversees the activities of the Logistics team, including inbound, outbound, deployment, and supply depot services across all offices. This role provides high-level technical support, ensures service levels, and maintains effective communication with Service Delivery Leadership and Operations Management daily. How You Will Make An Impact Coordinate with the Operations Manager to ensure optimal service delivery aligned with client KPIs. Monitor and report on service trends and team performance. Act as the main escalation point for logistics issues. Supervise requests for materials and equipment. Manage inbound shipments and deployment to sites. Maintain proper inventory levels and manage inventory health. Lead monthly cycle counts, analyze variances, and address root causes. Drive process improvements and lead special projects. Report daily on shortages or issues impacting KPIs. Collaborate with inventory control teams to meet cycle count KPIs. What You Will Need To Succeed Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in IT Service Delivery or Logistics. Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience. Experience managing projects and interfacing with management. Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Teams). Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Compensation Estimated Pay Range: $67,405 - $70,000 USD. Exact compensation will depend on experience and location.
