The Position: Headfirst Summer Camp Day Junior Day Camp Counselors will lead campers in pre-written theme-based curriculum as our youngest campers try new things and experience camp through the power of play. We provide the training, curriculum, daily camp schedules along with all equipment for a successful camp day but need you to bring camp to life with your enthusiasm and creativity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead campers in various activities following the theme-based curriculum.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers.
- Foster a positive and inclusive camp environment.
- Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and staff.
- Participate in training sessions and staff meetings.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience working with children in a camp or educational setting.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Pass a background check.
