Day & Junior Day Camp Counselor - Maryland
Headfirst Summer Camps Bethesda, MD 20817 The Position: Headfirst Summer Camp Day Junior Day Camp Counselors will lead campers in pre-written theme-based curriculum as our youngest campers try new things and experience camp through the power of play. We provide the training, curriculum, daily camp schedules along with all equipment for a successful camp day but need you to bring camp to life with your enthusiasm and creativity. Responsibilities: Lead campers in various activities following the theme-based curriculum. Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers. Foster a positive and inclusive camp environment. Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and staff. Participate in training sessions and staff meetings. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Experience working with children in a camp or educational setting. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills. Pass a background check.
