Delaware North is hiring a full-time IT Technician to join our team at Mardi Gras Hotel and Casino, in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. With all technology at your fingertips and the Operations Lead by your side, you will work to support daily technical operations at Mardi Gras Hotel and Casino. Hours for this position are 4 pm - 12:00 am Sunday through Thursday.

Unit Description
Delaware North operates Mardi Gras Casino and Resort dating back to 2018. Located 14 miles west of Charleston, West Virginia, Mardi Gras features more than 25 table games, a poker room, more than 850 slot machines, live greyhound racing, and off-track betting for both greyhound and horse racing; several restaurants and a 150-room hotel.
Responsibilities
Provide maintenance and support for desktops, laptops, and end-user support for hardware and software systems Assist in implementing solutions at the operating location, ensuring solutions are consistent with the overall IT strategy of Delaware North Set up and maintain computer software and hardware, user accounts, and computer configurations for team members Actively prioritize and resolve issues and end-user help requests during normal business hours as well as during events Record, track, and document successful and unsuccessful actions made through the help desk request problem-solving process Qualifications
Must be able to work a schedule which is Sunday through Thursday, 4:00 pm - 12:00 am Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role Experience with point of sale, property management systems, retail systems, cloud-based computing, network support, and Windows Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and sales skills in a customer service-driven industry Team-oriented and able to prioritize job responsibilities
