Delta High School Principal This vacancy is for the 2025-2026 school-year Delta/Greely School District is seeking a dynamic
Instructional Leader
who is ready to move a “good” high school up to the level of “Greatness.” Delta High School is a well-organized school with an exceptional staff. The students, who are the greatest asset, are ready to move beyond proficiency. A leader who can motivate, energize, and challenge the staff and students is needed. This person must be a team player and able to work, not only for the high school, but for the good of the entire district. The ability to see the BIG picture is a must. Candidates must be able to inspire and bring together staff to achieve short and long-term goals. Candidates must have a strong background knowledge in key instructional topics such as: Trauma Informed Personalization Innovation within the classroom Applicants must have a Type B Administrative Certificate from the State of Alaska with an endorsement as a Principal. Successful experience as a high school building principal is highly desirable. The job description for this position is attached to this posting. The starting salary is based on a District salary schedule with the ability to bring in up to five years of experience.
