Crestview Management, LLC is a privately-owned owner and operator of branded hotels. We are currently seeking a debt capital markets manager to join our finance team. The position will be based on-site at our Crestview Hills, KY headquarters. The individual will report to the CFO along with direct communication with the CEO.
The Manager of Debt Capital Markets is a mid-level position for an experienced professional who has significant financial knowledge of the commercial property loan markets. The individual will manage banking relationships and provide strategic advice to senior leadership while working cross-functionally with members of the Finance and Operations teams.
Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
Manage existing bank and lender relationships and develop new relationships Seek competitive proposals for hotel acquisition debt financing and refinancing Negotiate loan documents along with local counsel Negotiate Purchase and Sale Agreements along with local counsel Manage compliance of existing loan covenants and reporting requirements Qualifications:
Knowledge of and experience with securing all types of real estate financing including (perm and bridge solutions in the bank, non-bank, and insurance markets) Strong financial analytic skills Knowledge and experience with securing CMBS financing is a plus Strong accounting skills and background CPA or CFA preferred 3 - 7 years of experience We offer a competitive wage, Health and Dental Insurance, company paid Life Insurance, Short Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance, Vision, Critical Illness, Accidental, 401(k), paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick days, free hotel rooms, and hotel discounts.
