About the Role Eagle Point School District 9 is seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will provide essential services including evaluation, consultation, direct and indirect treatment to students experiencing delays in motor and sensory skills. Your work will be key to supporting students' developmental, educational, and functional progress, ensuring they thrive in both academic and life skills areas.
You will collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, parents, and other professionals to deliver services aligned with each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP) and educational goals. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in evaluating motor skills, sensory processing, and developing strategies that foster independence and educational success. Who We're Looking For We're searching for a compassionate, knowledgeable, and organized Occupational Therapist who thrives in a collaborative, student-centered environment. The ideal candidate holds or is eligible for an Oregon State Occupational Therapy License and has experience working in pediatric occupational therapy settings. Strong knowledge of child development, evaluation techniques, motor and sensory skill development, and educational strategies is essential. Effective communication, organizational, and technology skills are also key to this role, as well as the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. We are looking for someone who demonstrates a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a commitment to supporting student growth

193/194 days per year / 8 hours per day Salary Range:
$62,967 - $103,972 per year (depending upon previous experience and graduate level credits). Salary placement will be dependent upon verified full-time experience and Master's level credits. Includes an excellent benefits package, including 6% PERS retirement "employee contribution" paid by the District, and tuition reimbursement available Position will begin August 2025, with screening to begin immediately.
