Base pay range
$68,000.00/yr - $72,000.00/yr Experienced General Manager with HR and Office Management Skills
About the Company
- We are a fast-paced Mexican Restaurant with locations in Cardiff, Carlsbad, Del Mar, and Carmel Valley. We are looking for a responsible and reliable Manager to lead our Cardiff location. We will be adding new locations this year for the potential for growth is here. About the Role
- Lead and supervise your team, Cashiers, Preps, Cooks, and more at a high volume location open 24hrs/day. Create a positive work environment and champion a spirit of teamwork and pride in delivering quality customer service. Ensure guests receive kind, courteous, and prompt service. Ensure that food is prepared correctly with the utmost quality. Maintain food safety standards and practices. Ensure breaks and meals are taken on time. Responsibilities Highly dependable and reliable. Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays. Team-oriented individual who leads by example. Possess excellent problem-solving skills and reasoning abilities. Maintains a positive and energetic work environment. Treats team members with respect while providing clear and consistent directions as needed throughout the shift. Knowledge and ability to operate a POS system and cash register. Authorized in the U.S. Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in restaurant management. This is a MUST; you will not be considered if you do not have this. Previous Taco Shop or Fast Food experience will be preferred.
