What You'll Be Doing:
Conduct individual and group counseling to address students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
Develop and implement intervention plans to support students facing challenges such as anxiety, trauma, or social difficulties.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create a supportive and inclusive school environment.
Participate in IEP and 504 Plan meetings , providing expert guidance on social-emotional supports and accommodations.
Act as a liaison between students, families, and community resources , ensuring access to necessary support services.
What We’re Looking For:
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Social Worker endorsement.
Experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and advocacy skills.
Passion for supporting student well-being and success.
