Job Title: Electrician Recruiter
Location: Washington, D.C. (Onsite at Headquarters)

About the Role:
Our client, in the D.C. area, is seeking an experienced Electrician Recruiter to join their team. This onsite role at their headquarters will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring skilled electricians and electrical technicians to support the company’s growing needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skilled trades recruitment and a deep understanding of the electrical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top electrician talent.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, industry events, job fairs, and online sourcing.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track and manage candidate progress.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate technical assessments as needed.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in skilled trades recruitment.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on skilled trades, electricians, or construction roles.
- Strong understanding of the electrical industry, licensing requirements, and technical skillsets.
- Proven ability to source, engage, and close candidates in a competitive job market.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
