Provide support to the Tesla Engineering team, working closely with vendors and service providers to resolve issues and enhance CAD and engineering systems. Senior Mechanical Design Engineer (AUS290150):
Perform mechanical design and packaging of HVAC components, pumps, valves, hoses, fittings and quick connectors to meet system and vehicle requirements. Requires domestic travel up to 5% and international travel up to 5%, in order to validate suppliers and visit testing sites. Manufacturing Equipment Engineer (AUS295991): Validate and characterize new/current equipment and fixtures for introduction to the production floor. International travel required up to 5%, domestic travel required up to 5%, in order to troubleshoot or improve processes and equipment at other manufacturing sites based on business critical need. Process Engineer (AUS290264): Create, develop, and scale formation processes for Teslas advanced cell manufacturing for cutting-edge Tesla Energy Batteries. Senior Electrical Development Engineer (AUS279697): Overall responsibility for all controls-related activities in the shop. International travel required up to 10%, domestic travel required up to 15%, in order to interface directly with our vendors on designs, perform factory acceptance testing, and to collaborate with other employees at other company locations. International travel required up to 5%, domestic travel required up to 25%, in order to validate supplier process compliance, audit measurement procedures and component level quality outgoing at suppliers location. Assess, audit, recommend, design, document and improve security solutions and processes for industrial energy and manufacturing process and control network environments. Manufacturing Equipment Engineer (AUS290414):

Senior Fire Protection Engineer (AUS283940): Responsible for developing and creating Fire Protection Reports for new vehicle production lines, materials, suppression, and detection systems coming to the factory. Senior Manufacturing Controls Development Engineer (AUS294995): Design, select, manage, program, and commission automation equipment used to improve the existing systems. Domestic travel up to 20% and international travel up to 20% to visit other Tesla facilities. Senior Manufacturing Controls Development Engineer (AUS290162): Develop company level, factory level and line/machine level controls standards and specification for application by internal equipment development team and external partners. Requires domestic travel up to 20% and international travel up to 10%, in order to visit vendors to explore their products and capabilities and visit other Tesla factories to provide Engineering advice. Analyze and design lean manufacturing cells using effective systems and simulation tools to optimize, use of space, equipment, material, and personnel. Up to 15% domestic travel is required.
