Position Summary:
We are adding to our team in the Lexington, NE area!
We're hiring for an experienced Electrical Estimator. The Estimator will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed estimates/ project proposals for electrical construction projects while working in conjunction with engineering staff, subcontractors, vendors, general contractors, and various partners. We're looking for a reliable and hard-working individual that takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities:
Perform takeoffs, estimate organization, generate proposals, change orders, and reviews for commercial electrical construction projects Estimating and quantity take-offs Preparing and managing bid packages Scheduling Cost control Subcontractor management Client relations Procurement Bid analysis and quality control Supports other members of the estimating team Requirements:
5+ years Electrical Construction Estimating Experience (commercial/industrial experience preferred) Bachelor's or Associates Degree in related field preferred Experience with Estimating software preferred Experience with technical writing preferred Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Basic understanding of Estimating Software Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously. Ability to work in a team environment with pre sales team, project management team, and other estimators within the department
