Current Opening:
We are currently seeking a Part-time Administrative Assistant for our Saco, ME facility. Hours are 7:30am-11:30am, Tuesday-Friday.

Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for integrating the daily needs of the clinic. This is a key position which includes greeting patients, collaborating with clinic staff, collection functions, reception desk functions, office equipment, supply inventory, and assisting Program Director with special and important projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reception desk functions/answer phone/greet patients and visitors.
- Ensure that self-pay patients are paying their bill weekly and working with the Program Director in facilitating payment plans where patients are delinquent.
- Ensuring initial patient eligibility
- Schedule Admissions
- Screen potential patients for admission
- Process dual enrollment forms
- Monitor and disseminate incoming faxes
- Assist the director with special projects.
- Adherence to patient confidentiality as required by Federal and State Law and Regulations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 1-2 years experience in busy office setting.
- Ability to work with people.
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
- Good Communication skills
- Ability to be adaptable/flexible in a busy environment
- Good decision-making skills
- Computer experience and knowledge.
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to set up systems.
