Responsibilities: Oversee the operations of the NorthWest Community Corrections Center. Ensure compliance with state regulations and policies. Manage staff and provide leadership and direction. Develop and implement programs for rehabilitation and community reintegration. Coordinate with other agencies and stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited College or University in the field of Criminal Justice, Corrections, Sociology, Law, Public Administration, or a related field (a Master's Degree is preferred).
