Interview Scheduling:
Coordinate phone, virtual, and in-person interviews, aligning with candidate and team availability. Candidate Experience:
Act as the main point of contact, ensuring clear communication and a smooth interview process. Hiring Team Support:
Partner with recruiters and managers to organize logistics, gather feedback, and manage next steps. Meeting & Event Prep:
Handle visitor access, catering, materials, and notifications for in-person recruiting events. Systems & Calendar Management:
Maintain calendars, update applicant tracking systems, and support recruiting documentation. Qualifications for the Recruiting Coordinator:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. Experience: 2+ years in recruiting coordination, executive support, or HR administration, with financial services experience preferred. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, with experience in ATS platforms, scheduling tools, and video conferencing software like Zoom and Teams. Skills & Attributes:
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs.
