Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Physician located in Sacramento, CA. The Family Physician will be responsible for providing primary care, urgent care, community health services, and practicing family medicine on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications

- Experience in Urgent Care and Community Health
- Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Board certification in Family Medicine
- Valid medical license in California
