About the Role : We are seeking an experienced and driven
Manager of Project Finance
to join our growing renewable energy company. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to make a significant impact in the rapidly expanding clean energy space. In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, collaborating with various business units and helping execute the financing strategy that drives our portfolio's growth. You'll be instrumental in managing financial models for a variety of renewable energy projects, including distributed generation, utility-scale solar, and battery storage assets.

What You'll Do :
Develop and refine financial models
for renewable energy projects, ensuring dynamic and accurate projections for portfolio growth. Manage project-level risks , ensuring that financial goals are met, key milestones are tracked, and project development objectives are executed successfully. Support tax equity and debt transactions
by conducting financial analysis, due diligence, preparing transaction documents, and working closely with internal teams to ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met. Collaborate across teams
to provide strategic insights that inform development decisions, improving project value and enhancing financing solutions. Mentor and guide a team of analysts , fostering the creation and maintenance of financial models throughout the project lifecycle. Identify financial incentives
and leverage a deep understanding of markets to develop strong value propositions and support financing decisions. Represent the company with professionalism
in all investor, partner, and vendor interactions, clearly communicating project and financial goals. Lead the development of investment strategies
for new projects and strategic opportunities aligned with the company's growth objectives. What You'll Bring :
Bachelor's degree
in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or a related field. 5+ years of experience
in project finance, specifically in renewable energy or infrastructure financing. Proven expertise in
tax equity
and
debt financing modeling . Strong proficiency in
MS Office Suite
(Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Superior
organizational skills , with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience in
renewables
or
energy infrastructure
is a plus, but not required. Passion for
sustainability
and a commitment to addressing climate change through innovative financing solutions. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners. Proven ability to think strategically and develop creative financial solutions to complex problems. A team-oriented mindset with a focus on building strong relationships internally and externally.
