Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and support the design team
Provide technical guidance to the sales team
Oversee quality control to ensure efficient and effective designs
Monitor project budgets and design progress
Work with project managers and field teams to resolve scheduling and material issues
Review design specifications to ensure compliance with contract scope

The Person
To be successful in this role, you will need:
NICET III or IV certification
NICET Water-Based Systems Layout - Level III or IV
At least five years’ experience leading a fire sprinkler design team
Minimum of three years’ experience in AutoSprink
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working on projects such as:
Pumps
Multi-family housing
Storage facilities
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
