Job Title: Global Benefits and Payroll Manager at K2 Integrity

K2 Integrity . Responsibilities: Partner with the Human Resources team to manage benefits and payroll administration. Assist in planning company benefit strategies, events, plan designs, and communications. Ensure compliance with all applicable regional and local laws related to benefits and payroll. Maintain the benefits portal on the company's intranet, ensuring employees have access to the latest information. Manage global payroll processing for employees and contractors. Uphold and apply regional and local laws guiding payroll practices. Ensure accurate and timely closure of timesheets and reporting. Resolve discrepancies and respond to payroll inquiries. Provide high-level support to employees and build strong business relationships. Perform other duties as assigned or required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related business field. 7+ years of benefits and payroll administration experience in a global company. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with global benefit programs, leave administration, and third-party administrators. Advanced proficiency with payroll systems and familiarity with time and attendance systems. Strong understanding of payroll policy, compliance, and auditing skills. This role is hybrid out of our NYC office. Additional Details:
