Global Head of International Supply Chain Value Engineering Manager
to join our Sea Logistics team. Your Role
Your primary objective is to drive retention and profitability by directly influencing the acquisition of new customers and fostering long-standing customer relationships through delivering measurable cost savings. This role will liaise with the ISC Global Product team, Global Business, and Commercial Development teams, supporting global initiatives. Your Responsibilities
Build, empower, and inspire a high-performing team. Drive growth and profitability aligned with Global ISC Strategies, measured through customer retention, growth via cost savings, and engagement metrics. Manage strategy and governance of the value engineering toolkit. Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities and cross-selling potential across accounts. Oversee discovery workshops, formulate problem statements, and establish performance baselines. Develop customer-specific supply chain value roadmaps to create mutual value. Design and document tailored solutions, value propositions, and commercial proposals to improve supply chain components. Govern business reviews, ensuring initiatives are aligned with customer needs. Support key account managers in commercial negotiations to close business and secure commitments. Track benefit realization and manage project governance and improvement initiatives. 10+ years in Supply Chain Management 5+ years in international markets Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (preferred) 5+ years in Process Improvement / Continuous Improvement Good Reasons to Join
