As Account Executive at GoCo, you'll drive new business sales by managing the entire sales process, from prospecting through phone, email, and social media to closing deals. Collaborating with the product team, you'll provide insights to shape future features based on customer interactions while meeting monthly and quarterly targets. By delivering accurate information and outstanding solutions, you'll nurture a successful sales pipeline and position GoCo's offerings to maximize value for customers. What will I be doing?
Receive qualified leads and manage the sales cycle to close Proactively engage with your pipeline via phone calls, email, text, LinkedIn, etc. Conduct inside sales with sales demos being conducted virtually Accurately document interactions and forecast pipeline in CRM Continuously learn new value propositions and product lines Carry a quota and hit monthly and quarterly targets Be a product and industry expert and deliver outstanding solutions to prospects Necessary Skills
2+ years of experience in a SaaS closing role Previous experience in B2B sales selling a technical solution or technology product Possess excellent technical skills and be comfortable using productivity tools and CRM platforms Industry knowledge, specifically in human resources, benefits, and/or software, is a big plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work autonomously and independently Collaborative, positive attitude, and self-motivated Benefits and Perks
