Contract is based on Teacher's Contract Schedule C - 41 base points x $142/point plus experience Park High School is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the position of
Girls Swim & Dive Varsity Head Coach . Candidates should have successful high school and/or collegiate head coaching experience, along with experience in educational leadership. The role involves building a comprehensive program, developing staff, and managing program-wide elements aligned with the school's mission. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to foster positive relationships with the community. Proven experience in teaching and modeling character and responsible behavior. Positive, high energy, and committed. Partners well with parents, staff, and community leaders. Views success as helping team members reach goals, not just winning. Orientation toward continuous improvement and transformational coaching. A valid Minnesota coaching certificate (or alternative qualifications) is

for head coaches. MISSION STATEMENT:
The mission of the Park High School Activities Department is to create learning opportunities for students to develop character, become well-rounded citizens, and achieve excellence in their school, activities, and community. DEFINITION OF SUCCESS:
Success is based on student growth, fun, and effort toward goals. It involves being part of something bigger than oneself, with long-term impact. REPORTS TO:
Park High School Athletics/Activities Director, with performance oversight from the High School Principal. JOB GOALS:
To instruct student-athletes in skills, strategy, and physical training, fostering moral values, pride, social behavior, self-discipline, and confidence. The coach should demonstrate technical knowledge and build positive stakeholder relationships. HOW TO APPLY:
