IDR is seeking a dynamic and innovative Head of Technology to join one of our top clients in Colorado. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional transitioning from an individual contributor into a leadership role, with a strong focus on AI and data systems. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Head of Technology: Lead and manage an external engineering team, including off-shore contractors. Set expectations and hold the engineering team accountable to meet deliverables. Determine and measure KPIs to understand the health and performance of the tech stack. Balance requirements for efficient and effective development of needed features, including the use of AI to expedite new feature development. Own the engineering needs to interface with the execution team - codebase, certificates, etc. Required Skills for Head of Technology: 5+ years experience in data systems, building with AI tools, and managing an engineering team. Experience with full-stack engineering, supporting front-end and back-end development. Experience developing with AI tools and database architecture and performance tuning. Experience working on B2C, social apps, affiliate APIs, eCommerce. Experience with scraping, crawling, and importing data from 3rd party retail sites. What's in it for you?
