Sr. Manager, Operations Finance Highlights:
Pay Rate: $57.29 per hour Schedule: Hybrid – 4 days in office, 1 day remote Location: Irvine APM Employment Type: Contract-to-hire Travel: Limited domestic travel possible
Responsibilities:
Provide finance-based business intelligence to ISC partners for Capital Expense, Inventory Valuation, and Other Cost of Sales Consolidation. Perform month-end close, forecasts, and budgeting for capital expenses and inventory. Develop financial models and business cases for ISC projects. Consolidate, document, and present key business drivers for cost of sales and costing. Drive process improvements and automation for financial reporting. Review and present monthly financial reports with insights. Generate and approve monthly close entries and financial results. Perform standard cost roll and budget preparation.
Requirements:
Education: B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance required. Experience: Minimum 5 years in FP&A and accounting (journal entries, month-end close, general ledger, financial planning, business analytics). Certifications (Preferred): CPA, CMA, or MBA (or actively pursuing). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP and BPC is desirable. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Proactive, self-driven, and detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement.
