Responsibilities: Research, evaluate, and upgrade emerging technologies, hardware, and software. Identify and resolve IT issues, ensuring system reliability and performance. Develop technical documentation, user guides, and training materials. Implement and maintain security measures, including system access controls, antivirus protection, and encryption. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues. Assist employees with IT support, including password resets, hardware/software issues, and basic training. Run and patch network cabling as required. Maintain and monitor all IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, LAN, and WAN. Configure, deploy, and support Mac and Windows computers, including email, printers, network drives, and software. Support Windows Servers (2012 & 2016), including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP. Audit systems and assess performance outcomes. Recruit, train, and mentor IT support staff, ensuring optimal team performance. Lead or participate in special projects, including new technology rollouts and system upgrades. Provide occasional after-hours IT support as needed. Manage the IT ticketing system and ensure timely resolution of issues. Support Microsoft 365 applications (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune) and CRM/ERP/WMS systems. Administer and troubleshoot network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, and access points). Maintain an inventory of IT assets and recommend upgrades or replacements. Monitor IT budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions. Stay up to date with advancements in technology and industry best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support and management. Certifications preferred: MCSA (Server 2012 or 2016), MCSE, CCNA. Experience leading IT teams and managing IT projects. Strong knowledge of Windows 7, 10, Windows Server 2012 & 2016. Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and network/server architecture. Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange Server (2013 or later) and Office 365 administration. Understanding of structured cabling, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points. Familiarity with CRM/ERP/WMS systems and VoIP PBX (3CX preferred). Experience configuring and troubleshooting network devices (switches, routers, firewalls). Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to IT support. Ability to train end users and create technical documentation. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Flexible working hours, with occasional after-hours support required. Must maintain confidentiality of company and employee information. Regular collaboration with the global IT team to ensure alignment with best practices.
