Intelligent Green Solutions is looking for qualified Office Assistant & Receptionist candidates to join our industry-leading team. The Office Assistant & Receptionist is responsible for providing administrative support to the Manager, Sales, and Project department.

Job Type: Part-time to Full-time depending on interest and experience
Location: Remote with In-Office availability preferred, Nashville based
Responsibilities:
This position requires a Team Player and Self Starter with excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Primary roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing administrative support to the Sale Manager and staff
- Handle administrative requests and queries from Sales manager, CEO, sales staff
- Assisting Project Management Staff in all phases and aspects of the project
- Compiling and maintaining project documentation and records
- Providing administrative support for the estimating and bidding process, safety compliance, and reporting
- Communicating with affiliated parties (subcontractors, vendors, State agencies, customers etc.)
- Providing support to Field Staff as required
- Performing general administrative duties such as managing correspondence, typing, filing, printing, copying, scanning, answering phones, organizing and scheduling appointments etc.
- Other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years proven experience as an administrative assistant. Previous administrative sales experience a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and to work independently with little supervision
- Ability to follow detailed processes and problem solve
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High school degree
- Driver’s license
