Contractual Arrangement:
Consultants are retained as contractors under ISEI Consulting, LLC's exclusive representation and are subject to terms that prioritize the organization's business interests.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Analyze client requirements and tailor consultancy services accordingly. Maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality. Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to extend the reach and impact of ISEI Consulting. Business Development:
Work closely with ISEI Consulting's in-house marketing teams to generate quality leads. Optimize sales strategies based on customer needs and market trends. Contribute to the strategic planning and scaling of the consultancy services. Intellectual Property:
Adhere strictly to ISEI Consulting's intellectual property policies. Contribute to developing proprietary methods, tools, and deliverables that ISEI Consulting will own exclusively. Continuous Learning and Skill Development:
Participate in in-house training programs and industry-standard certification courses. Keep updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. Compliance and Reporting:
Submit timely and accurate reports to higher management. Comply with all company policies, including Code of Ethics, Confidentiality, and Conflict of Interest guidelines. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. Proven experience in consultancy. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Compensation: The consultant will be compensated through a commission-based or hybrid model tailored to reward high-performance levels. Termination: Either party may terminate the contract upon written notice, with terms specified for curing any contractual violations.
