JURISolutions is partnering with our corporate client to hire a Retention Specialist for a full-time, 3-month contract. This opportunity is fully remote. The ideal client is a proficient administrative professional who will take on various responsibilities integral to retaining critical franchise deals. Attention to detail, top-notch interpersonal skills and leadership initiative are the soft skills that are needed to be successful in this role.
Fundamental tasks include:
Assisting with contract negotiations
Generating reports for Retention leaders
Entering accurate data into CRM
Ensuring legal compliance with company policies, approval requirements, and applicable federal franchise laws
Collaborates with various departments to drive negotiations and executions while ensuring that retention franchise agreements provide value
Obtains requisite approvals, manages contract executions and fosters collaboration between Franchise Retention and internal stakeholders by acting as liaison between departments
Education and Experience Required:
Undergraduate degree required or equivalent years of experience Strong administrative background Ability to multi-task and manage multiple demands and quickly shifting priorities Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction JURISolutions Legal (JSL) is a Women-Owned Business with an active commitment to diversity & inclusion that encourages diverse candidates to apply. This role offers a range of competitive pay rates starting at $27 per hour (equivalent of $54K/annually) and a benefits package that includes the opportunity to accrue PTO, holiday pay and choose optional health benefits.
