Talent Acquisition Specialist at Kaye/Bassman International & Sanford Rose Associates

Your Role:

• Source, recruit, and deliver highly qualified candidates using techniques and resources including market research, data sourcing tools, referrals, networking.
• Cold call and interview prospective candidates.
• Conduct a preliminary assessment of the candidate's skills, abilities, experience, and willingness to make a career change.
• Identify key decision makers at organizations and coordinate phone and Zoom conversations.
• Maintain accurate records of connections and scheduled appointments.
• Share, track, and monitor search and marketing email campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1+ years of Sales or Customer Service experience required.
• Desire to relentlessly prospect for new business – you love “the hunt”.
• A positive attitude, “people skills,” and a passion for engaging people in conversation.
• Comfortable communicating with senior, mid, and junior-level executives.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Military background welcome.
