Oversee and provide leadership for the KeenanWell consulting services and team, including the development, design, implementation, and evaluation of population health management programs and strategies for Keenan clients. Manage the Health and Wellness Department budget, revenue goals, and revenue stream. Manage and negotiate service offerings and terms with healthcare carriers and/or third-party vendors for the provision of health management services to Keenan clients. Present the value of KeenanWell Health Management programs to clients and prospects, including health risk reduction, improved health outcomes, reduced healthcare utilization, and returns on investment. Remain well-informed of new trends, current research findings on best practices, and other factors for improving health management outcomes for Keenan clients. Identify and pursue new KeenanWell prospects and develop/present proposals. Explore opportunities for growth and collaboration with other Keenan/AP operations. Work collaboratively with the Keenan Account Managers/Account Executives to promote further development of current clients’ health management programs in the use of the KeenanWell suite of services. Oversee the measurement and evaluation of clients’ health management program results to determine effectiveness and adjust strategies as necessary for optimal program success. Oversee the ongoing maintenance and updating of KeenanWell Health Management consulting and vendor materials. Provide KeenanWell consulting support to clients. Moderate level of travel required. Other duties as assigned. What You'll Need
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in developing, coordinating, and evaluating population health management program initiatives. Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing and developing consulting teams. Must be self-directed, able to multi-task, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills. Master’s degree in health management, or related field preferred. Experience with developing, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive health management programs, including wellness and condition management initiatives. Knowledge and skills in conducting health management program evaluations. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. What's in it For You?

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
