Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and professional Housekeeper to join our team at our 4-star, 50-bedroom hotel located in the heart of Lincoln. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards and who enjoys working as part of a dedicated team committed to providing an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain high standards of cleanliness across guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
2. Ensure rooms are presented to a consistently high standard, with attention to detail in all tasks.
3. Replenish supplies and amenities efficiently and accurately.
4. Identify and report maintenance issues or hazards promptly.
5. Support laundry operations and other housekeeping duties as needed.
6. Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
7. Provide a warm and courteous response to guest needs and special requests.
