- Provide dialysis care in a post-acute setting. - Adapt to flexible shift schedules as needed. - Operate Phoenix dialysis machines. - Collaborate effectively within a team to meet patient care needs. - Handle a patient load, with a clinic census of 118. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records (charting system not applicable). - Uphold professional and empathetic patient interactions. - Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
