Responsibilities As the Lab Director, you are responsible for planning, directing, organizing, and leading all services provided by the Laboratory. Essential Duties: Oversees inpatient and outpatient laboratory services Establishes policies and procedures Manages all Lab staff Directs performance and improvement activities Directs outreach growth activities Shift: 8am - 5pm Schedule: Monday - Friday Qualifications License/Certification: Certification by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP), National Credentialing Agency (NCA), or American Medical Technologist (AMT) Experience: 5 years of continuous full-time employment in a clinical laboratory as a Medical Technologist in a management/supervisory capacity Education: Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related science Pay Range:
