Job Details
As the Business Product Owner, you will lead the creation, training, and development of solutions for Last Mile services, ensuring overall financial success. You will proactively drive initiatives to enhance product features and collaborate closely with Sales/Commercial teams, multiple functional teams, as well as the Tech and Process teams within the Product organization. You will serve as the product focal point for Commercial, ensuring the provision of necessary services and solutions. Your responsibilities include managing and driving the product development, Go-to-Market-related processes/materials, and being accountable for product initiatives.
Responsibilities
Collect and derive customer/market insights through qualitative and quantitative methods; organize and manage them into the product roadmap. Manage the product roadmap dashboard and ensure the latest information circulates within the Product organization. Create value propositions that are desirable (to customers), viable (in the context of our business), and feasible (aligned with our technical capabilities). Prioritize and size requirements with an in-depth understanding of company and product strategy and priorities. Drive and support product strategy and development, ensuring initiatives are documented and adhere to the product development framework. Review and coordinate Business Requirement Document (BRD) approval and submission to the Tech/Process Product teams. Manage the rollout of new product features to the market, providing product introduction sessions and training for the Commercial team. Assist the Commercial team in discovering and developing product features; collaborate with Tech and Process counterparts on business impact assessments and prioritization. Liaise with the Commercial team to create Go-to-Market strategies and oversee the rollout of products, features, and improvements. Manage and improve the financial performance of the product. Qualifications
A solid academic record and strong product management skills. 8+ years of practical experience in U.S. cross-border/domestic last-mile delivery. Strong, up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce technology platforms and tools such as Notion, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software. Proven experience in translating customer needs into engineering requirements. Ability to conceptualize, handle, and prioritize multiple projects effectively. Demonstrated success in taking ownership and delivering results. Experience collaborating with Engineers and Designers to discover, develop, and deliver product solutions. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise. Experience working directly with customers and identifying root causes of product inputs.
