This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Install Helper located in Bloomingdale, NJ. The Install Helper will assist with the installation of heating and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include supporting lead technicians, handling equipment and materials, performing basic plumbing and HVAC tasks, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring job site cleanliness and safety. The Install Helper will also interact with customers to provide excellent customer service.
- Basic Plumbing and HVAC skills
- Experience in Troubleshooting system issues
- Preventive Maintenance skills
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
