Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Customer Service Representative located in Chicago, IL. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling customer service calls, addressing customer concerns, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of customer experience.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction Experience in managing and enhancing the Customer Experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts professionally Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus Active insurance license and compliance with all local and state regulations High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
