Job Summary
As a Clinic Charge Registered Nurse, you'll use your expertise to streamline patient care. Your role supports our mission and goals. Your nursing processes assess patients and address health concerns. You create and monitor care plans, tracking patient progress. Your role includes understanding patient needs and helping them navigate healthcare smoothly.
Essential Functions of the Role
Conduct detailed clinical assessments following standard procedures, focusing on patient and family needs, then creating, executing, and assessing care plans. Systematically examining and improving nursing practices, and earnestly participating in quality improvement initiatives. Creating a secure and therapeutic environment for patients, families, and Key Success Factors
Familiarity with standard nursing practices and patient care procedures. Understanding of relevant laws and regulations as well as hospital policies and protocols. Exceptional communication skills for clear expression of thoughts, both in speech and writing. Proficient critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Capacity to monitor and report on changes in patients' medical conditions. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, electronic health records, and email use.
Qualifications
Graduate of accredited program. Nursing must be the principal discipline studied. Must have a minimum of (2) two years of experience in a relevant field. Registered Nurse (RN). Must have (BLS) Basic Life Support certification or obtain it within 30 days of hire or transfer.
