Junior Estimator
to support cost analysis and bid preparation for
MEP projects, including HVAC and plumbing . This role offers hands-on experience and career growth in mechanical estimating. Responsibilities: Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates and competitive bids. Analyze project specs, blueprints, and material/labor needs for HVAC and plumbing systems. Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing. Identify cost-saving opportunities and assess project risks. Maintain detailed estimate and bid documentation. Requirements: Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1-3 years of estimating experience, preferably in MEP (HVAC & plumbing). Proficiency in estimating software (Bluebeam, Procore, etc.). Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
