Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Handle data entry and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
- Enter incoming payments to customer accounts, managing day-to-day accounts receivable tasks.
- Assist the Director of Administration and owner with other general administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues as needed.
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Prior experience in an administrative role; accounting or bookkeeping experience is desirable.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications; experience with Zoho One suite is a plus but not required as training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with numbers and financial data.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter attitude, able to work independently, and as part of a team.
- Formal education is not a requirement; hands-on experience and willingness to learn are prioritized.
