As the Chief Member Engagement and Advocacy Officer, you will drive community activation, lead regional collective action strategies, and ensure our initiatives align with the feedback and needs of our members. Qualified candidates should possess at least 12 years of experience in policy, advocacy, or systems leadership, accompanied by a strong belief in the potential of public charter schools to prepare students for success. A comprehensive understanding of policy intersections related to race, gender, religion, and social justice is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders are critical for this role.
