As a Strategy Associate, you will become an integral part of our experienced and international team working out of New Jersey. You will take an active role in our project teams and be responsible for your own workstreams with guidance and support from your team members. You will be exposed to senior stakeholders, focused on defining and co-creating new strategies, working on some of the highest strategic priorities across Maersk in North America.
Your ability to rethink your approach and eagerness to improve your skills empower you to grow both personally and professionally while continuously increasing your ownership of deliverables. Amongst other things, you will be:
Solving business problems in a structured and logical manner while developing sustainable and practical solutions
Developing logical reasoning and data modelling for analysis
Communicating insights and results to decision-makers within the organization

Pay Range: $90,000 - $105,000 USD*
*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
