AllianceHCM Dallas, TX Job Summary - Major Accounts HCM Sales Executive
The Major Accounts HCM Sales Executive will oversee and execute all aspects of the sales cycle including self-generating leads, qualifying prospects, identifying their needs, closing the sale, and ensuring the transition from the proposal process through a successful onboarding and integration.
Responsibilities and Deliverables
- Develop and Qualify Leads - Aggressively seek out new business opportunities
- Schedule Initial Appointments to present to business owners in person
- Prepare and Present Proposals - In-person and face-to-face meetings
- Closing Sales and Transitioning the client to onboarding'
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven sales experience
- Internet marketing sales experience (preferred)
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven Presentation skills
- Extremely organized
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Excel and PowerPoint
- Charismatic and personable
