Due to growth, we have an opportunity for a recruiter to join our Human Resources department to support hiring for our production team. Hybrid work option available.
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Identify, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies for filling roles while advising and influencing stakeholders
Generate candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods for an assortment of production positions
Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer
Document the process including interviews, offers and feedback in our HR System (Workday)
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring teams and HR business partners to fill positions
Communicate with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand current and upcoming hiring needs
Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the process, and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws
Promote the nVent brand to build and maintain the reputation as a destination of choice for top talent
YOU HAVE:
2+ years of recruiting experience preferred
Experience recruiting for manufacturing or high volume roles is preferred
Ability to speak Spanish a plus
