We are actively recruiting high-caliber medical doctors to conduct visits with patients for obesity management (weight loss).
Note: We are not accepting applications for PA, NP at this time.
License Requirements
Active DEA Certification
Registered and has access to Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) in each state
Active Medical License and PDMP access in any of the following states: CA, CO, CT, IA, NE, NY, NC, TX, and PA
Ideal Candidates
Commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week
Kind and empathetic personality, providing an exceptional patient experience
Knowledge in obesity management and/or weight loss treatment options
Good telephone manners and etiquette
Tech-savvy
Thorough charting after each interaction and visit
Perform PDMP lookup prior to completing each visit
Scheduled prescription options for weight loss medications (e.g., phentermine)
Responsibilities
Set and manage your own schedule (minimum of 15 hours/week)
Patients schedule visits based on your availability
Access and review patient medical files and order history
Discuss and review patient history, symptoms, allergies, and medications
Review PDMP data before prescribing; document notes in patient chart
Provide diagnoses, treatment plans, and prescriptions via audio/video calls and written communication
Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional guidelines

Medical malpractice coverage included
Compensation For controlled RX programs (e.g., phentermine): $30 per completed audio/video visit. Providers can complete 6-10 visits per hour depending on licensing states. A visit is considered complete upon approval or denial of the prescription request; there is no prescribing incentive.
