Employment Opportunity: Program Director for Gymnastics-Multifaceted Sports Facility.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Program Director to lead and inspire our gymnastics, martial arts and sports facility. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for coaching and a love for working with both kids and adults.

Program Director/Gymnastics Coach. Location:
Mpact Sports Inc. 121 Seaboard Lane Franklin, TN 37067. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the gymnastics and events programs. Develop and implement training programs for recreational and competitive XCEL gymnastics. Manage and mentor a team of coaches, ensuring high standards of coaching and instruction. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a positive and supportive environment. Plan and coordinate events, schedules and showcases. Maintain a fun and inviting atmosphere for all participants. Qualifications: USAG certification is required. Proven background in coaching competitive JO and/or XCEL gymnastics. A knowledge of circus sports is a plus. Strong leadership and management skills as well as a team player. Excellent communication skills with both kids and adults. Enthusiastic, fun, and inviting personality. Passion for training and developing coaches. Why Join Us?
