Organize meetings with department heads, report on sales activity for the previous and upcoming weeks, and produce a monthly expense report for all hotel sales-related expenses. Coordinate with the management team and department heads in designing and implementing sales strategies to achieve high occupancy and profitability. Boost revenue and increase new guest visits through strategic outbound sales efforts that may include phone solicitation to local professionals, corporations, and members of your personal network. Evaluate information gathered from market data and create a plan to meet design marketing deliverables, hotel financial goals, and create an annual sales forecast. Establish strategies to assist the sales team in meeting and exceeding monthly room booking goals that are aligned with overall hotel and revenue management objectives. Qualifications:
3+ years of hospitality experience, extended stay preferred but not mandatory. Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills. Displays a proven track record of sales success by lead-generation and closing. Knowledge of computer-based software such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Compensation:
$60,000 per year
