Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations and maintenance of utility-scale solar farms, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Manage and mentor an O&M technician, with plans to expand the team.
- Implement and monitor SCADA systems for performance tracking and troubleshooting.
- Develop and enforce O&M best practices to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Support future hiring initiatives as the O&M team grows.
- Required Skills:
- Experience managing O&M for utility-scale solar farms.
- Strong leadership skills – ability to manage and hire O&M personnel.
- Proficiency in SCADA systems for monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Preferred Skills:
- Spanish language skills are a plus due to the regional workforce.
- Outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
