New York Life Insurance Company is currently hiring managers for its Fast Track Partner Program, a training in which participants start as financial professionals who gain first-hand experience in the field. Gain hands-on experience from a team of financial professionals helping clients develop a long-term strategy to achieve their financial goals. Present potential solutions using a comprehensive array of our financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds. Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager. Transition into management as an Associate Partner once you have achieved the program requirements. Recruit and develop your own team. Help grow a sales office. Build a team atmosphere. Qualifications:
Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and seeking a rewarding and challenging career. Experience in the financial services industry and/or insurance industry. Some sales experience needed. Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language is a plus. Coachable. Self-driven. Highly motivated. Compensation:
$100,000 - $120,000 at Plan yearly.
